As a Service Representative you are responsible for the management of your geographic region. You visit/call medical doctors and provide superior customer service and approved product/patient materials by short product interactions. You are the face of the company and as a result will be relied upon to provide excellent customer service. You are extremely organized and ensure that all customer needs are met correctly. You are responsible for reporting all activities via reporting tools supplied by the organization within the required reporting time period.
